  4. i read a california highway patrol handbook, that said anything besides yellow headlights are illegal..along with other stuff like

    no % tint in the front windows. no neons. your stereo can not be heard more than 50 feet away..and a bunch of other BS. so if they really wana give u a ticket they will.

    the only exception is if it came from the factory, like the cars with xenon and suvs and stuff with light factory tint. if its aftermarket, its illegal.
