Representatives from General Motors, the State of California, Chevron Technology Ventures LLC and Pacific Ethanol jointly announced intentions to investigate Ethanol as an alternative, renewable fuel at the Los Angeles Auto Show Thursday, January 5, 2006. Their ethanol demonstration project is designed to explore the merits of E85 and determine its potential to meet and exceed California's high standards for fuel quality and environmental emissions.

They may be years behind everyone else in their investigating but I bet they'll be the first ones to issue E85 gas pumps across the board....knowing California....

I think the only thing holding Ethanol Back is availability.


An E50 Blend may be the Best choice.
