The 2018 Cadillac XTS received a mid-cycle refresh that brought a bolder front grille, revised LED lighting signatures, and updated interior materials to Cadillac's full-size flagship sedan. Power came from a standard 3.6-liter V6 or an available twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter V6, with front- or all-wheel drive configurations across the Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Platinum trim levels.
