The open charge port door on the 2016 Chevrolet Volt Premier reveals the J1772 AC charging socket on the driver's side front fender, flanked by the chrome "VOLT" badge, allowing the plug-in hybrid to accept Level 1 or Level 2 charging to replenish its 18.4-kWh lithium-ion battery pack.
