The 2014 Toyota 4Runner SR5 Premium is part of the fifth-generation N280 series and received a mid-cycle facelift for 2014 that brought redesigned projector-beam headlights with LED daytime running lights, a new front grille, and updated taillights. Power comes from a 4.0-liter 1GR-FE V6 producing 270 horsepower and 278 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 5-speed automatic transmission and available part-time 4WD with A-TRAC and Downhill Assist Control. The SR5 Premium package adds leather and SofTex seating surfaces, heated front seats, and a 6.1-inch Entune touchscreen over the standard SR5, all wrapped in the 4Runner's proven body-on-frame construction.
