  1. Toyota has the cash deep pockets to be able to come back and adjust to get the formula right without being hurt for cash. Course no one could have predicted the Consumer meltdown in subprime mortgages and our Trillion dollar credit card debt addiction. THis is all going to make it a bit harder for Toyota, but they will still succeed due to their long term plan and outlook. Some thing most american companies are still not realizing.

GM I think and hope has finally realized they have to think global and long term to be a leader.

BIG QUESTION? How many of these stripped down models do you really expect to see on the lots. So far all I have seen is toyota dealers ordering them fully loaded and this has always been their problem. Toyota dealers think they can sell everything fully loaded and not have to deal with people who need cheaper auto's. At least that is what I see here in Seattle.

  3. SEATTLE AUTO SHOW THIS WEEK and WEEKEND! :D Can not wait to see all of the Generals new babies in one place. Spending all day Saturday there. This is Great news for the General and should continue to keep pushing up. :P

At least the general has not dropped to 14 or 13% market share like Ford has. The number one Fix or repair daily truck in America. Soon to be replaced by the Toyota Turdra. :neenerneener:

  4. I don't think so! :AH-HA_wink:

Maybe not where you're at... but it blends in quite well with the Urban Safari up here! I say it's perfectly camouflaged!

Yup as another Seattlite :D This does fit right in with our City. Only ugly point I can see is those headlights. Everything else is cool, though I would pass on the seat design, but the color is right on. :D

  5. <_< Your all full of BUNK!!! THis is AWESOME!!! :idhitit:

I hate the current look of the Yukon and not really thrilled with the new Escalade look. THis is a great mesh of the two. This will sell if they make it.

The only thing is they need a CHROME DELETE OPTION! That big Chrome Brick in the back sucks as does the chrome on the mirrors and especially down the middle of the doors. Let the Chrome wheels and roof rack be the accent along with the fender vents, not all this add bling crap. Makes it look like a pimp mobile.

  6. Bummer :( I went to vote and it is no were to be found in their listing of votes. So maybe the results will show up soon unless some Nazi who loves Asian Auto's so much will never let it show up again.

Personally, I think like all big companies, This is the start of some negative downside for Toyota, which is long over due. GM time is now moving forward for the next few years as they build some of the best quality Auto's out there.

  7. The style is nice looking if it was really attached and functional it would be awesome, but this face face is pathetic and I hope more people realize that and bash Toyota / Lexus for that.

I wonder if Lexus has a flow of Air going to that area to flush out the deadly gas build up? I can just see the lawsuits of death by CO2. :stupid:

  8. Unless I've missed something, The CTS is the only car with a tower brace that actually is styled to look like something nice instead of just some ugly black pole stuck in there.

I agree, Cadillacs Tower brace for stiffer front end does look very nice. The Lexus does not even look like it has a Tower Brace? :scratchchin:
