  1. its a four door camaro, without the camaro name..... fritz said their would not be a four door camaro, he never said it would be called something else.... this not really a 4 door camaro since it uses another name.
  2. it makes no sense to make this a cop car only. i would say that gm needs to do more to make the car different from the statemens. Fritz said he does not like rebadges, well this is a rebage of the holden statesmen and the chevy lumina of the middle east. How about having no steering wheel and instead using a joy stick to replace the steering wheel. That will save space, and lives in an accident. the steering wheels have been killing people ever since they were invented. Plus you can then drive the car from either front seat. lets say one officer is incapacitated for some reason (hart attack while driving) then the other cop can drive the car by just placing their hand on the joy stick... Diamler is developing this first with the slc600 and now the f-cell concept.... from 2006.
  3. geo was the import fighter where gm placed their foreign built products into.. however it was never a scion brand as the buyer could not really customize their geo via the factory like scion buyers can. and for scion the biggest seller is the Tc which one could say is the Toyota Celica gone to Scion.... I think that the MR2 and Celica and perhaps even the Supra should be scion and all rear wheel drive and no higher then about $20,000 for the supra.
  4. The next camaro will not be a retro car. It will take cues for the Roles Royce. Homer Simpson Will be the head designer
  5. GM Hires Homer Simpson to design next Camaro This is what the new Chevy Camaro will look like.... [attachment=98:attachment]
  6. Every NEW Vechicle from GM from 2008 and beyond will only be Front Wheel Drive. This is due to the C.A.F.E. standards and also performance issues. As we have learned from the Japenesse Subaru WRX and Mitsu EVO FWD is the only way to go. GM will also offer its TRUCKS AND SUV's as FWD with optional ALL Wheel Drive. Also in 2012 the E.U. will require all Vechicles sold in the EU to be Front Wheel Drive only for safety reasons. Thus car companys will only want to design FWD cars for all markets. Why do you think Kirk Korkean is buying GM shares, so he can get into the new FWD world marker. Rear Wheel Drive is dead. the next Corvette will be Front Wheel Drive, which will boost performance and packaging. I have allready converted my 2005 Corvette to front wheel drive since I cant wait for the next generation!
