I walked into my bathroom and fliped the switch and the light bulb burnt out. its not normal though it dosent screw in it has 2 posts the slide in the holes then requires a quater turn then it locks in. But i need help! I dont understand the bulb said its goo for 1,000,000 hours i dont hink it lasted that long? is it the swicth? Do i need to rewire the bathroom? Should i change out all my breakers? should i get 200amp service?

Yeah im gona get a bulb dyno to see if its no overated and pushing out 75 watts instead of 80. no i keep the humidifer on in the mid ragne about 50-70 humidity. i went to the store and there is so many types help!

I jus buy those damn things at the local dollar store and replace weh necessary... weatehr it's a week later or a year later.

Sorry Capriceman I thought you were making joke about the lightbulb topic we had going. You are serious ? Just go buy a new bulb if your serious, balasts can make a difference but I have changed ballasts before and found it was just the bulbs.

it goes with the joke but right after i read the thread a light bulb burnt out i replaced whith the spare i had.
