Writing is one of my passions ... along with my 2-year-old nephew, cars, taking pictures, road tripping, hosting radio shows, music, collections (models, HO scale train, legos), etc.

Last month, I started writing more on my Route 66 story, as I noted here:

Along with writing for C&G sometimes, I recently joined a friend's blog, Motor Gnomes, as a Staff Writer:

This should be fun ... and a good way to encourage/foster/enliven me to write more often. My first entry is here:

As for my Route 66 story, I was a bit disheartened when, after adding a new section in late February 2011, the original host website was disbanded. But, at the same time, Drew told me about a new blog of his in which my writing would fit perfectly. So now, that blog is up and running...

...and my Route 66 story, _That's The Highway_, has a new home:

As of now, the first 9 sections have been posted. The newest section (#10 ... "Stall Tactic", written 03/12/2011), will soon be posted. Future additions to the story will also be posted here ... so check back, if you are interested.
