My thanksgiving dinner.

I try to boycott all of the above every chance I get, including trying to avoid flying on Boeing planes. Interesting spring trip. Yes, moderation is a challenge for this foodie. I love to cook, have learned to moderate how much I eat as I gotten older.

It's that I don't like being in the kitchen, minding the sequences, buying and stocking up on ingredients. I never got into it when I should have. On the other hand, if I liked my own cooking, I might have a problem on my hands!

I learn from my failures and push to be better.

For me, cooking is a very trying and traumatic experience. LOL.
