  1. Loved that James Bond movie! I have friends that live in Galveston and while I enjoyed in the past visiting them. The current situation based on hearing from other coworkers who live in the area is the aggressive hate towards all that is not white and with a Korean Wife, I would probably end in jail as I would not tolerate the southern hate that is currently going on. As such, I will stay in my Multi-Cultural PNW. It is sad that Idiot47 have created so much hate and separation of the U.S. in comparison to a person who is to pull the country together. He clearly is working for select groups and special interests starting with himself. Sadly, I think our Auto industry, Especially GM is done having any Global influence and will now be limited to the U.S. as I notice the free trade agreements that Asia is doing with Canada and Mexico and allowing China in that is bringing in much cheaper auto's, the Detroit Truck Market will become U.S. only IMHO. I myself do not see buying a Detroit auto anymore, I suspect my next auto will be a Kia EV9 Pickup truck or Genesis GV90 SUV.
  2. Poor Flag having to deal with that Pedo! 🤢
  3. After 18 year run, the final R35 GT-R is produced and the Skyline is once again dead. Nissan bids fond farewell to R35 GT-R as final vehicle rolls off the line
  4. This is so cool and a wakeup call to the death of U.S.A trucks. China’s $25,000 Truck: The Affordable Electric Revolution the Industry Didn’t Expect | Watch Clearly the Chinese are shooting across the bow of the American truck market and it was designed in the U.K.
  5. WOW, this is an interesting concept that I could see making it to production. Weird that they follow GM with the power port just in front of the drivers door, would rather have it in one of the rear corners. Acura RSX Prototype In Person: The Future is Still Electric - Autoblog
  6. Sadly, people are very ignorant about the destruction that Oil / Natural Gas does to the land on top of what has to be done to make steel as well as other raw materials. Your right we have lost some intelligent people that have fought tooth and nail to not change as they wanted things to stay the same and yet the rest of the world has moved on. Stellantis is pretty much dead here in the U.S. except for those that are stuck in the past still willing to buy their terrible products. Ford and GM MIGHT, I say it based on how fast the U.S. changed into the needed power for WWII, but even then, we stopped by the 70's in leading and let Japan win economically over the U.S. Yet even Japan became stagnant which is what the U.S. is now, very Stagnant in regard to technology in other products outside of computers and AI. I would never say never as we have seen companies make 180-degree change and come back even stronger. Example is IBM that was single digit in stock value in the mid 90's and got the right CEO who turned the company around into the powerhouse it is today. Ford and GM needs to shed their Legacy hooks to evolve if they really want to take on the world again.
  7. This is so true and the U.S. auto industry needs to wake up and embrace change. Hyundai: The Only Way To Beat China Is To Embrace Technology
  8. This is interesting to watch, who knew the speed bumps were big enough to cause flying. Driving too fast: speed bump sends pickup truck flying into the air | Watch Have to totally agree with this report. A third of the U.S. economy is already in a recession or at high risk, and another third is stagnating, Zandi warns Anyone that says an auto has a lifetime liquid is BS. Everything needs service and to be changed.
  9. Working to ensure my AI project is done before the Holiday weekend. As such, been on a Black Keys listening marathon. We'll decided after 4 hours of listening to This is The Black Keys to move onto something else. This is Gorillaz
  10. So true, at least GM has the price tag a bit better than the Italian garbage and now with U.S. garbage burning equally strong!
  11. Here is the Seattle Seahawks Cheerleader Roster. Seahawks Dancers Roster | Seattle Seahawks – Seahawks.com 3 males have made the Roster, first time ever. OUCH, this has got to hurt GM. GM Orders Dealers To Stop Selling ZR1 And Z06 Until It Figures Out What’s Wrong
  12. Very cool that ChargePoint is now offering an adapter certified to handled the electron flow. Omni port ChargePoint Eliminates EV Charging Connector Confusion with Omni Port Adaptable Charging Solution | ChargePoint
  13. WOW, We all have to live within a budget of what we earn and can afford to spend, I just do not get why it is so hard for Idiot47 and his lemming to be so stupid that they cannot seem to understand this basic idea. ‘The nation’s finances have deteriorated’ since Trump took office, CRFB says, gaming out the scenarios up to a $28.5 trillion deficit As such, I now have to question the long term viability of living in this country or even making any large purchases which could very well cause auto companies to go bankrupt as people choose to not buy their second largest purchase behind a home. First biggest purchase for young people as most cannot afford to buy a home. So Sad.
  14. This is why NISSAN is FAILING. The failure is in confusing names of an auto with what the ability of said auto is supposed to be. Nissan launches X-Trail NISMO in Japan Here we have the press release for the X-Trail NISMO SUV. Name indicates off-road performance SUV, but in reality, as the press release states from the beginning, performance inspired Grand Touring SUV. Blending race-bred performance with everyday drivability and even the look is not Trail looking. Does this look like a Trail based SUV?
  15. Interesting read and I do not find fault with his thinking. I Write About Cars All Day Long, Here's Why Kia Feels Like The Most Unstoppable Car Brand Right Now
  16. We'll if this guy is right, all hell is about to break loose. 17. I think every state has sections like that, you visit once or because a family member or friend is there and then you never go back again.
  18. I honestly have not heard of issues with Subaru CVTs, but mostly I think it is a preference between the CVT versus traditional geared transmission for folks. The bigger issue I have with ICE Subaru is that their motors seem to end up needing major rebuild work at 100,000 miles. I have two neighbors that love their Subaru's and have had to have the motors have major work done at 100,000 miles and then years later finally hitting 200,000 miles they went and bought brand new Subaru's which I find weird imho. Kinda like Kia and their Oil consumption problem on their ICE engines. Some people just go back and buy another one, others move onto other brands. So what ever model you do go for, I would say do your due diligence, check the recalls, check the major maintenance schedule and what people have had to deal with to see if it works or not for you and the way you drive.
  19. All I ever see is Anti GOP stuff on Subaru products. These are amazing and I love Steet Food, Korean Taco's are da bomb!!! https://youtu.be/8WO_SN8FLfk
  20. That Supra and Mitsubishi were the only models that I liked of all the various versions of those cars they built.
  21. This is a very interesting voting that some hate, some love and most see the commonsense approach.
  22. Honesty is never easy to hear especially if you believe the opposite of what is said and proven, but the best policy is still honesty and right now we are clearly lacking in that across the US. Thank you for posting Amazing what idiots we have here in the U.S. I apologize on behalf of these lemmings that clearly need to get educated before opening their mouth.
  23. Bummer about empty stores, but as the news covered today, we have freight companies closing down, restaurant's closing down, so many things being affected due to poor leadership that America is going to be hurting big time by Xmas. In regards to that AWESOME Lincoln Continental Mark II above, yes I will probably have the usual everything must be EV comments, but Yes, that car would be lovely as an EV. the Style / Flow of the body lines just supports air slipping over and around the car. Take that body, modernize it with LED lighting, electric powertrain and have a HUGE Frunk / Trunk with ton's of room and a great road trip car to enjoy the drives in. Honestly, some of America's best styles are from the past that can be used to give Modern to future EVs with Style!!!
  24. Can the guy be any more of a MORON!!! Need to tell him he is out of step and needs to ASSIMILATE as part of Canada!!! Ehhhh
  25. This is not going to help return steel production to the U.S. Explosion at US Steel plant in Pennsylvania leaves 2 dead, 10 injured
