  1. Rolls Royce hahaha, that is Bentley, S-Class and 7 Series fighters. Anyone who buys a Rolls wouldn't consider a car under 100K! I want RWD but within reason. It is amazing how performance orientanted some people are. I am a huge supporter of the new CTS, the new G8 and hoping we get the RWD Park Avenue in my sig in the USA. So seriously, give it up and let me say this FWD or RWD it has to priced right like it is now and people right now they buy it because of value won't and old farts who want FWD won't. Then they will just go spend the same amount of money a Lexus, BMW or Audi etc. Fleets are good just no to rental compaines. And I have seen alot of people under 60 in the new DTS's in my town. I also have seen alot of 30 somethings in new Lucerne CXS's! FWD with a new platform and 6spd automatic, along with a STS replacement like SLS to go after the 7 Series is my vote. Let the DTS remain in it unqiue spot and let the CTS battle 3 Series on price and 5 Series on performance and size. Having said all that I don't think 1 FWD Caddy is unreasonable at all. Then you can count on more people that will buy FWD to get an Avalon or Lexus ES 350. So seriously I see the whole performance point but in a car like that it is not the point. Look at the GXP GP great handling and this is something they can give the performance DTS with a 325hp V8 and a 6spd. auto I would be you would be suprised with a complete redesign *(not like the one in 2006)* how many they could sell. Prolly closer to 100K units. Sometimes performance isn't the only thing on a buyers mind especially a Cadillac buyer.

Here is my 2009 Camaro 9C1 edition, no light-bars yet. But this is the "un-marked" edition. I might work on a marked edition along with othe chops. Hey I am still learning this but seriuously how is it?

I added steel Impala 9C1 wheels, shaved off the spoiler, added a red lower body strip with 9C1 badges and a black trim.

  3. I rode in a buddies new 2006 Cobalt SS (left-over 06) silver, 5spd, coupe non supercharged so the 2.4. I have ridden in a 2006 Corolla S as well, and I think the Cobalt was worlds ahead of the Toyota is refinement and especially performance. I suggested he get a Cobalt as he was looking a new Civic LX or EX coupe and said for the same price and less beecause it was an 06 in this case you can have one of these. The wise man listen and just loves his new ride. I was very impressed with it myself. I think I want on, but make mine a G5 GT please...

  4. This just needs to be done right and it could be a very wise move. I don't think having confidence in an equally for sure or better product is a real problem. Let the car sell on merits and styling alone, I think will all be very suprised on good sales will be seriously. Just wait and see...

  5. Ford might as well kiss the ol' Crown Vic good-bye. All I say is good, I will be glad when it is gone. Very glad. As long as the keep getting domestics I could care less, what those people do! But good way is a good way to decrease fuel compsuption.

  6. I have 2005 Bonneville SLE with a 3800 Series II. I love mine the big difference will be the "float" in the ride. Either motor puts out good power do look at a 2005 also, I would suggest going with a 2004-2005 is you go regular. Because those years had the updated metal sleeves in the intake. Also if you go Ultra I would got 2003-2005 because of the face-lift. They are great cars good luck you also could look at a LeSabre or Bonneville too. **Very similar!**

  7. Congrats again what a fine car indeed. Can I ask what color? Floorshift or bench-seat? Heated/Cooled seats? 6 disc CD changer? Nav? Sunroof? Chrome wheels? Anyways I think it might be the build up of hydro-carbons, sometimes no kidding even in a fuel injected modern engine you need to get the cobs well out! You are 36 years old and you are in a Buick, that is great. Seriously Buick might be shaking the old man image after-all. I think you made a wise choice going with a Lucerne over the Crap-alon as I call it. Even tho it is down a few poines still 197hp is still enough to merge and blow-off 4 banger Camry's. I hope that helps with your problem. Once again great car after-all I have a G-body too, a Cranberry Red 2005 Bonneville SLE that shares alot of components with the Lucerne.
