  1. DVD Shrink is very useful for ripping DVD's onto your hard drive also.
  2. Yes, thats kinda part of the reason the school is so good. In core classes like math, the classes only have 30 people. When getting into your major and minor in your senior year, class size narrows down to 5-10.
  3. Move-in isn't really that bad. Probably because you will only be moving in with 200-300 people over move-in period. The only bad part is that they are very stingy with the elevator - and there is only one in the residence hall.
  4. I heard of this too, it was seen around the Tech Center around Autoshow time...... I guess it was wishful thinking to see it there.
  5. The Heritage Center had this on display last week, i got a ton of pics.....

  7. The part of Flint that Kettering is in, isn't bad at all. When people hear about Flint, the automatically assume that there are crack deals going down on the corner. Kettering is on the outskirts of Flint, and the neighboring community is very nice and embraces the university.
  8. I'm sure that every school has its ups and downs different categories. The one thing that seperates Kettering from the rest of the pack, and that is their co-op program. The amount of knowledge and common sense that you learn in the workplace simply cannot be gained any other way.
  9. Yes, there is a difference...... Education: Kettering > SEC, ACC, Big 10, Big 12 Girls: Kettering < SEC, ACC, Big 10, Big 12
  10. With Kettering's co-op program, he well get more experience in his first year then he would at a big 10 school. This however, i cannot disagree with at all it is 110% true. i wish i could say differently, but every girl there thinks that they are a gift from god because they have guys following them around everywhere. it blows.

    Hummer

While on my trip to Ohio for fireworks yesterday, i saw this odd looking SUV. I first saw it about a mile south of the Tech Center, but this was as close as i could get to it, on the on ramp to 696. At first i thought it was a Jeep Commander, but on the sides it had the Hummer name. On the back, the names and logos were covered with black tape. I dont know what it was, but it defanitly wasn't a H2 or H3. Does anyone know anything about this?
