Funny how time flies when you're having fun, isn't it?

This past weekend, I finally test drove a 2006 Dodge Charger. I was rather impressed, so now, I'm not sure what I'm going to do ... ...keep driving the '87 MC LS year round (or) ...purchase a "winter beater" ... '86-'88 MC LS (or) '87ish Caprice Classic (or) '87ish Oldsmobile Cutlass that already has rust (or) ...purchase a '04 Chevrolet Classic (old malibu) (or) '06 Chevrolet impala (or) '06 Dodge Charger ... to take on winter & trip duties.... Course...I also wouldn't mind having a 1975 Chevrolet Caprice Classic convertible...he he he. Throw in wanting to purchase a laptop computer and a few other things ... and the mind keeps a spinning.... *sighs* If it isn't one decision, it's another ... so, what types of things are ya'll mulling over these days? I've posted the various cruise nights & car shows that I try to attend in the greater Chicagoland area (& other areas of the country) every year. While I know summer is over & winter is right around the corner, I'm curious as to what weekly cruise nights & scheduled car shows you frequent during the year ... & will be preparing for / looking forward to in 2006.... That certainly would be nice ... becoming a fine example of the "ultimate" car club ... but we have to have a large gathering first ;). I'm glad I got to meet Josh while I was in Detroit in August ... and now OldsGuy when he drove back to Detroit last Friday. *shrugs* I've always said it is awesome to meet members...he he he.

Funny thing is that we hear/read so often that Chevrolet doesn't care what common people/enthusiasts think...so, why have 250 or so Camaro enthusiasts come to view a potential new Camaro? Nice list, LA ... while I didn't post any replies, I had a few correct ... but, sadly, not many :(. Hmm...irony of ironies. Malibu (RWD) replaced by Celebrity (FWD) which was replaced by the Lumina (FWD) which eventually spawned the current "monte carlo" (FWD). Meanwhile, the current FWD "malibu" was the replacement to the Corsica (Beretta was it's "sister" car ... but the coupe was dropped for the 1997 model year with the current "malibu" debuted).
