Buick Enclave Ordering Guide
As far as equipment goes, I think it's fine. Buick shouldn't move upmarket too quickly, as the Enclave is more of a premium entry than a luxury one. It wasn't engineered to be an X5/Cayenne/SRX/etc competitor, but more of a nicely-finished large mainstream SUV instead.

Such systems won't work for children over 65 lbs.

3-door BMW 1-Series
Very nice. A simple, uncomplicated, small BMW. It's a great car for purists.

FIRST LOOK: 2008 Chevrolet Equinox Sport
Very nice. I'd take this over the RAV4 Sport V6. It is on the heavy side, though... it's 400 lbs heavier than the equivalent RAV4.

2008 Cadillac CTS: Image Gallery
And the back of the 5 is much, much more comfortable/spacious-feeling than the back of the CTS, over even the STS. That's probably why the STS-V offers a sunroof delete option... there isn't enough headroom.

Reviews: 2007 Honda Civic Si Sedan
Exactly. I just saw a new CL550 in black and it was a gorgeous example of excess and exuberance. I'd take a 3er sedan over a 3er coupe because buying a 3er "for style" is pathetic, except for maybe the cabrio.

2008 Cadillac CTS: Image Gallery
I gotta disagree. 3er coupes are so perfectly anti-bold that they're ignorable on a daily basis. The new CTS stands out... it's crisp, sharp, edgy, imaginative, whatever.

2008 Cadillac CTS: Image Gallery
The MKR is droopy and flabby, whereas the CTS is taut and aggressive, on all four corners, ready to prowl. Just because the sides are no longer creased doesn't suddenly make it "soft" and "Lexus-like." The overall form of the new CTS looks even crisper and sharper than before.

Reviews: 2007 Honda Civic Si Sedan
The Si sedan isn't bad... it's a good, affordable, understated way to have some fun.

No, I think he'll like it, and then say "the gearbox is Japanese, the tires are French, the body is Korean, its chairman is Swiss -- it's not American!" a la Ford GT.

Those are the same rear seats as the AURA's, which have neither.

The joys of owning a BMW...
Sorry to hear about that, Nick... ... but I'm so glad we have an I6.

2008 Cadillac CTS: Image Gallery
FWIW, I'm more comfortable in the back of the current 3-series than the CTS, primarily because of headroom. Have to slouch/tilt my head forward in the CTS; don't have to in the 3er. I'm average height (5'11"), not obese.

I looked into that... and it was nice, but I wish it had Word-editing (not just Word-viewing) capabilities.

FIRST LOOK: 2008 Chevrolet Malibu
http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2008-chevy-malibu-1/ I hate, hate, hate the interior. It looks like the AURA's but with an even heavier Fisher Price touch. This car may look like $40K from the outside, but the interior looks economy car grade.

Damn... just when I got my Treo 680.

Exactly. The old CTS was edgy and distinctive in the same way having a unibrow is.

Howes: China IS COMING and why Detroit should be worried
The only reason why Chinese products are often cheap is, well, because they're cheaply made. Labor costs make up only so much of a car; you don't see Chinese Cadillacs or BMWs going for $19,999.99, do you?

Mistubishi Prototype X
This is the first Mitsubishi product I'd like to own. The racing technology stuff is more Ferrari 430 than Pep Boys; the seats, steering wheel, wheels, etc, are more exotic than rice.
