2007 IIHS Subcompact Crash Test Results
It would have gotten Poor (no shoulder belt), Poor (no side head protection), and Poor (no headrests).

2007 IIHS Subcompact Crash Test Results
Rear "crash" has NOTHING TO DO WITH SIZE. In fact, I'm surprised at how well a few subcompacts performed in the side test. The Yaris, Versa, and Fit beat out a lot of larger cars.

Edmunds Evaluation: Ford Expedition v. Chevy Tahoe
The only Suburban v. Expedition EL comparo I've seen was M/T's... and the Ford won.

Here's your '08 CTS sneak peek pic
It's waaaaay too bling for my tastes, but it might be the angle. Perhaps it'll look more graceful at a higher 3/4 view.

Richard Branson's SAAB Story
I would if we got BioPower Saabs in the US... GM should make all their cars flex-fueled by MY 2008 if they want to do something bold.

2007MY for New Tundra to Take Advantage of Old EPA
No, they're using old EPA test procedures on a brand new truck. The MPG won't be carried over.

Chevy Shows Malibu, Announces Fairfax Investment
The front end is quite Volvoish, but I like the car overall. It looks more expensive and detailed than the Aura. The stance is great.

I think the Chinese SLS (the one with "God" standard) has it...

Most Dangerous Roads in the World
Yeah, I'm joking. Little Tujunga Canyon Rd is even better than Angeles Crest. Lots of lovely low-speed turns... ... when they say 20 MPH, they mean it!

Company hired to build US "Border Fence"
You're a complacent sixth-generation American who just happened to be born here?

Saturn Astra to Launch in Late-07
Hopefully they'll use some nicer materials... or 7,245,457 people will bitch about how it isn't as nice as the Rabbit or Civic. I'll be one of them.

Saturn Astra to Launch in Late-07
Would, say, August next year be considered "late-07"?

Company hired to build US "Border Fence"
Exactly. America doesn't have the incentive or the motivation for the future. Starving nations realize the potential of pushing out little Einsteins, while we focus on football and reality shows instead. The value for education in our culture just isn't there. Instead we blame equally-qualified immigrants for taking our God-given right to a job.

Company hired to build US "Border Fence"
The US should ENCOURAGE immigration from India and China, countries that are killing us in education. Wouldn't you rather have them working under the US camp, so that we can reap their economic and academic achievements? http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2006/12/14/...C-SearchStories

Company hired to build US "Border Fence"
Yeah, good for your family. But what did YOU do? The recent immigrants I see (Los Angeles) are far more hardworking than complacent sixth-generation Americans who just happen to be born here.

NHTSA stars are worthless.

Nissan to Revive the SX/Silvia?
I think it looks great... very well thought out... so much better than the flashy obese US Nissans like the Altima, Maxima, and 350Z

V8 Acuras May Be Closer to Reality
V8s are to Acura as hybrids are to GM. Both don't "believe in them" but plan to make them anyway to appease consumers.
