Jeep News: 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Shows A Green Side
A Horse With No Name replied to William Maley's topic in Jeep
Thankfully any wrangler model will tow a trailer full of fire extinguishers, which is what is needed to put out the dumpster fire this thread ahs become. I did look at the cargo area and carrying capacity of the Wrangler, and bought a ranger isntead. Chicken fried rice is dandy. I still want a wrangler, or a Bronco. Good day gentlemen. -
I saw a 79 Lincoln versailles the other day, the Lincoln they built on a Granada platform. Light blue and in good shape.

I will put the inner middle schooler in me back in the box in a minute...but nothing better than sex out under the stars. Of course, even the worst sex I ever had was pretty darned awesome. In all seriousness, so happy you found the Avalanche. Loving the Ranger. Happier with it than I was with the Jetta TDI, Miata, Mini Cooper S, Beetle, or any of my other recent rides.

I work with a Macedonian guy who wants a black Mercedees, we always joke about the Macedonian Mafia....

See, Drew, our deal illustrious leader has an Italian gentleman as a life partner. I am sure "Italian tuneup" has an entirely different meaning when Drew and Albert are in private...just sayin...if he can give it liberally to the Avalanche...he can give it liberally to Albert... Backing out of sarcasm and fun mode for a second... What would life be without good friends, good food, good books, movies we life, cars/Trucks we love to drive and bullship about....hmm....would not be so full. Makes me really glad I didn't buy that Tacoma I was looking at before I bought the Ranger. This is enough to make me a domestic buyer for the rest of my life, repuslive... Sadly I sold my Mini Cooper S a few years ago, so no Italian Job for me... More like a black Mercedees, although I think the 68 Grand Prix would be easier to repair and more reliable.

An italian tuneup.....drive it hard to "clean the carbon" out of her as they say...

They are an amazing driving car. Was actually considering this and the Miata before I decided on the Ranger. -

Actually resale values for the car have picked up. Most fo the earlier cars ahve been totalled out by overly enthusiastic drivers, and they only build and import them in small numbers. Supply and demand being equal, it has become a very niche car beloved by a small minority of the driving public. -
Give it an "Italian Tuneup" for me, Drew....love the blue on it. I have a fetish for them, I used to own a 69, back when I ahd the 66 Fastback. Good stuff! A ranger for our new (me!) ranger owner....cool. My sons friend les had one of these, was a great little truck. Love how it morrored the boxy full size ford styling of the era. My sister and ehr hsuband ahd a very clean 96 F250 with 44 inch tires, was a california truck and immaculate.

And completely different buyers. I could also spend 29.6 on a Kia Soul, a Honda CRV, or a Hyundai Santa Fe.....very different buyers for those also. She is 24 years old and did it all herself without my help. She also has a hefty down payment for a house saved. She is doing well for herself. A litle bit of straight line love...and a bloack ranger at the 2>06 mark! Not every car needs to handle like the 86.... -

Ohio. I wanted the fuel economy of 2wd, and less to break on the truck as I intend to keep it for a really long time. Had 4 miles on it when I started the test drive... Got the 6 foot bed Supercab rather than the crew cab as I wanted a longer bed for hauling. But the new Ford advert says it all... -

Absolutely! Yep, Shadow Black, STX package, FX2 package, 2020, supercab, happy guy. My wife doesn't want me posting pics of it on the internet, but it is real. She just doesn't like bragging....but I did send a pic of it on FB/mesenger to several members here. -
The new Chevy's have really grown on me. Hugely. I love all of the above... That would be a wicked ride. I am hugely impressed by all of the previous generations of the Z06 so...yes... So we did a thing....bought a 2020 Ranger, SXT, fX4 packages, black. My wife doesn't like to brag so I promiesed I would not post pics on line. But very happy with it. Two wheel drive Extra cab, decent little truck.

Miata is more pure driving esxperience, and has much more of a cult following. They ahve a racing series in Austrailia with these where the competition is really quite tight and quite good. You don't need a ton of power for good racing. Formula Ford, Spec Racer Ford, and SCCQA Improved touring is loads better than NASCAR or the like in my opinion. I spent several eyars crewing and working as a race official...amatuire racing withc ars like these is a total blast. Would take that ten billion times before I would buy a staid boring Mercedees sedan. -

The Driving Experience is much better in my 2020 Ford Ranger. Whcih is why my Daughter drives a C6 Z06, my son drives an S2000, Daughters boyfriend has a Mitsu Evo....good autocross cars all. I am kind of becoming more of a truck guy. Would buy a Mustang GT or Civic Type R if I were to spend $ for a passenger car in this price range. The Miata is IMHO so much more of a pure sports car. They have retractible hardtop 3rd gen Miatas, and rF in the 4th gen. Or get one of the removable hardtops for the first two gens. I love the 86/BRZ, but could not justifry it over a Miata. -

Ram News: 2021 Ram 1500 TRX Continues FCA's Hellcat Obsession
A Horse With No Name replied to William Maley's topic in Ram
I so agree. This truck just rocks. I think the Cybertruck will do well. I know a large group of truck enthusiasts, and mostly theya re very excited about it. I like both the cybertruck and teh new Ram. Good to see some creativity in trucks. Finally, a quote from someone with a rational mind and without a mangina. Congrats on a winning thought! Agreed. More domestic hate, how original. -
Did I mention that I love living in the midwest? I miss my 66 Fastback.
