  1. Dig the GM content... Notice the hand....notice the hand...
  2. In another automotive forum I am on, Berkley is a fill in word for the "F" bomb. Which gives your post a whole new meaning. Finally did buy a Stereo amplifier to replace my 35 year old amp that quit working. Schiit (see, now two bad words....but the actual name of the company) Vidar (they name all of their stuff after Norse Gods). My buddy was like....buy it...it's what you really want. Could have bought a used Adcom 555 for half of the price in good shape. But sometimes, you have to do what you know in your heart feels wrong. The origjnal 64 1/2-66 6 cylinder cars had about this much real world power.....used to be in a classic Mustang Club when I had my 289 4 speed 66 Fastback. My Cannondale and my Mountain bike are substantially faster.
  3. Found wealth in my own garage...
  4. Was thinking of you, think you may want to re think your vehicle choices. I still vote for Charger even though you have a ton of points on your GM card. And Gryes look good on the charger, you may want to consider them over white. White still looks good though. Adam ondre free climbing el capitan.... This should be a required accesory for all of you folks here that like 70's era cars...
  5. We can test aggressive throttle mode when I come out to Seattle next week. Fail. No wardrobe malfunctions with above-mentioned truck entries.
  6. I certainly like mine.
  7. That looks really good. At a price point south of the Ranger, this might be an awesome little truck. The ten speed in my Ranger is fantastic, would not want a CVT. Moab, Utah.
  8. This, along with the 787, 717, and A380 never had a fatality in all its years of flying IIRC. India, several places in Europe, South America, and South Africa/Namibia are ahead of it on my bucket list.
  9. If I had been buying my Ranger about 1970, might have driven home in this...
  10. This was an actual for sale advertisement...
  11. The last 2000 miles I have montored it very closely. Almost right at 27 mpg. Everything from having the rear diff locked on logging/unpaved roads in rural PA and Ohio to curising at 80, getting caught in traffic jams, hauling heavy loads of lumber and landscaping materials, etc. I am probably mostly commuting to work which is lightly travelled two and 4 lane highway where I am running 45-55. But I use the truck for everything. FWIW the Finance guy who did my paperwork had a 4wd Ranger, and he averaged about 24-24.5, so the 10 speed probably does have something to do with it. Motor is never strained. I like both Boeing and Airbus, but yeah. a lot of Boeings pains are self inflicted. Sadly. What did they cross it with, a Duck billed platypus? I love the Super Guppy and the Guppies, built from B377's and their military counterpart. Modern version of that...
  12. Good philosophy for Monday...
  13. I know I post a lot of videos, this is a really cool Music video, spend a few minutes and enjoy it.
  14. I could really see this in the driveway next to the Ranger. Getting close to 27 MPG out of it, which is insane for a pickup truck. Plenty of Power, enjoying it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delta_Kream https://pitchfork.com/reviews/albums/the-black-keys-delta-kream/ For Drew, Oldshurst, Balthazar...kind of cool how old Oldsmobiles still figure into our culture 50 years later. Headphones and speakers for listening to music...I like both equally much, headphones reveal a lot of details and speakers give you a more physical sound
