Cadillac cts-v engine bay

So... is that a naturally aspired or a super-/turbocharged engine?

EDIT - That silver CTS look pretty stock to me... Even the wheels look stock: sure it's a CTS-V mule?

it seems that this isn't a v series..it looks like normal v6 series.

Now that's a crossbrace.

Agreed with everyone else - that's definitely a V6 under there. Maybe the new DI 3.6?

Yeah, there seem to be 3 wires that I'd assume are spark plug wires on the engine's right-side cylinder bank...

That's definitely not a CTSv. That's just an old CTS prototype that still has the camo on.

The black CTS, on the other hand, has a massive cut in the hood. If that is the exact same black CTS that was photographed when testing...

The black one probably is a powertrain mule, it seems to have the same wheels as the prototypes Ive seen.

The gray one is a regular CTS.
