this concept car cost $250,000 to build (in Italy)

years later it was sold by the manufacturer for $1.00

it was repainted red when it was 5 years old & featured in a movie

after some "modification" it gained cult status

original motor was rated at 330 hp

Holy Concept Car, Batman!

Lincoln Futura, aka the Batmobile.

The Batmobile is black, not red.

I was going to say DeLorean, but it too isn't red in the "Back to the Future" movies.

Hmm...... :scratchchin:

The problem here is that you assume Batman is the first usage it was in. Besides, Batman was on TV, I dont think it was a movie back then.
