New cylinder head dyno results

Featured Replies

I had my C5 dyno'd at Texas-Speed today, the service was excellent, as always. The TSP crew really helped me out and went the extra mile to make sure my car was running at its best.

Modifications:

PRC 215 heads

MS4 Cam

LS6 intake manifold

TSP 1.75" longtube headers w/ x-pipe

underdrive pulley

Textralia clutch and flywheel

RPM differential with 3.90 gears

There was absolutely no 'special dyno treatment' for my car. There were no tricks used here, no icing of the intake manifold, no octane booster, just strapping the car down with pump gas (91 octane) and making some pulls.

The intake manifold and throttle body are the next things that need changed, apparently this is all the power you can make with an ls6 unit. Driveability is much improved, and mid-range torque is way better. Now I need to do a pull with the nitrous turned on.
