do you happen to have the rest of that picture? Something doesn't look right about that window...
I know a guy who used to have a pair of DeLoreans. I distinctly remember them having windows with a horizontal split (window can't roll down all the way due to the shape of the door, I'm guessing).

o No i didnt save the website. thats why i picked it because it doesnt have that cross bar in the middle.

Earlier prototypes and pre-pro Deloreans had sliding side windows that were replaced in production with the little tollboth windows like Nick posted.
