The hats on the soldiers and the Michelin XLs tires tell the third one is French.

I wonder how many of these the French have?

Even if they have a HUNDRED of these Frog-Hummers for every

one 1960s Unimog civilian truck it still means the Germans can

take over their entire country & be having tea & scones in Gay

Paris about 3.25 hours after the first Frenchman drops his riffle

& runs away screaming.

Looks to me like a Japanese made Armored Car built off a '79 C/K Blazer.
