2018 Mid Year take by the ReCall Numbers

Taking a look at the mid year of 2018, here is the numbers and where they stand for recalls, usually this list is published by Alphabetical numbers, yet I choose to grab it and sort by lowest to highest which I think gives a much better view of who is improving in quality compared to last year.

As we stand for this year, we have the bulk numbers as follows:
