The all-new fifth-generation 2019 Toyota Avalon made its world debut at the 2018 Detroit Auto Show, riding on Toyota's new TNGA-K platform for a lower, wider, and more athletic stance. Power comes from a 3.5-liter V6 paired with an 8-speed automatic, while a Hybrid variant uses a new 2.5-liter four-cylinder system for improved efficiency.
