The 2014 Toyota Tundra brought a significant mid-cycle facelift to the second-generation XK50 platform, introducing a more squared-off front fascia, a bold horizontal-bar grille, and revised sheet metal throughout. Power came from a carry-over lineup of a 4.0L V6 and 4.6L or 5.7L V8 engines, all paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission. The trim range spanned SR, SR5, Limited, and Platinum, and added the all-new 1794 Edition as the flagship, named for the year the Tundra's San Antonio assembly site was first settled.
