I am liking what I see so far but like all, very excited to see the full REVEAL and see how the overall shape / style works. As a 4 door luxury sedan, the rear door in that photo looks big so I am thinking executive driving with leg room to spare. ? Great body style from what I can see with the creases and lines without the ugly jellybean style and way better than Tesla style.

July 22nd, 2022, at 9am General Motors Cadillac Division will reveal in its entirety the CELESTIQ. Cadillac has been teasing images of this ultra luxury hand built of global sourced parts auto as the ultimate standard of the world. Erin Crossley, design director for the Cadillac CELESTIQ state the following: “Every CELESTIQ will be instantly identifiable as one of a kind, giving each client a personal connection to Cadillac’s newest flagship,” “With Cadillac reimagining the future of American luxury, we are entering an era of limitless possibilities and the future of design.” The goal by Cadillac is that the creative collaboration of each hand built CELESTIQ will evoke a personal connection with every Cadillac customer. Here we get to see one version of what a Totally Customizable American Luxury sedan is. Cadillac used to be the Standard of the World with a very customized experience in the way their autos were built for each owner. This hand-built luxury sedan is expected to show this again that GM is focusing on the ultra-quality of luxury. Cadillac has had many hits and misses and as one example, was very late to the performance luxury sedan segment with their V edition of cars and even later to the party for their V edition of SUV/CUVs. This begs a very big question. Can GM Cadillac Division deliver? View full article

Wife and I tried the impossible Whopper and found it to be impossible to finish eating. Not sure what people see in this terrible tasting fake meat sandwich. Pass, if I am going to eat meat, gonna eat meat. I have always tried the various meatless patties, hotdogs, etc. Not found a one worth spending additional money on or time to eat.

Yet even Musk has been very clear now on his twitter feed that supply chain issues is hitting Tesla now globally and Tesla announced that they have laid off the complete staff and closed their San Mateo Office. Tesla laying off 229 Autopilot employees, closing San Mateo office, filing says - ABC7 San Francisco (abc7news.com) I have to question how good their autopilot is when you have 37 deaths contributed to it so far, continued alpha/beta testing on the public and now a major layoff in that specific division. Do not be surprised if he closes more, Tesla Stock hammered, deal for Twitter so he could force his view of truth on everyone is now a lawsuit as he feels he should not have to pay due to his fictional believe of excessive bots, lawsuits of sexual misconduct by him and other management/executives, continual late delivering products (Semi, CyberTruck, Roadster), continued poor fit n finish along with other quality issues in assembly. Tesla is a mess that I would not go near or wish on anyone.

Question, where are the other 15 plants? They have California, Nevada and Texas, Germany and China. 5 total production plants or factories, where are there others? You cannot count their office spaces and the few R&D offices as production or factories. The fact they are not re-inventing the wheel like Musk has done in California will allow Rivian to catch up much faster. I give Tesla 10 years at most before they are hurting from the Legacy OEMs and Rivian and any of the other new startups that survive.

PNW has their fair share of gang bang wanna bee's, Ricer Bangers and just about all kinds of gang bang ethnicity peeps driving trashed versions of those cars. Yes, very rare do you find them in nice condition and when you do you can admire them for the niche they played and filled in the auto industry. A shame more are not taken care of, but then we all know how expensive autos these days are.

Did they even auction off the Farm? Awesome, I am so happy for you and your sister! We'll deserved!

Friends, please be careful and take precautions. BA.5 is the dominate strain in the U.S. now and vaccination does NOT protect against it. Moderna and Pfizer are working to have an updated booster shot by end of September. Why is BA.5 such a bad variation of Covid-19? BA.5 mutation has taken a much more aggressive attack on the Lungs Alveoli sacks. This is where carbon dioxide and oxygen get exchanged allowing you to breath. BA.5 attacks and paralysis these sacks stopping you from breathing. Plenty of news stories on this, mask up, stay safe, wash hands, avoid touching your eyes, nose, mouth. Please stay safe to help ease the continued stress on our health care workers. ‘Headed in a bad direction’: Omicron variant may bring second-largest US Covid wave (msn.com) Is Omicron BA.5 ‘Worst Version’ Of Covid-19 Coronavirus Seen? I am enjoying this song very much right now. Music move ya, even in Korean, the singing is very enjoyable. If you watch this song, there is a whole album that plays with JeA singing and Juwon Park a well-known Guitarist playing on the songs. His playing is awesome if you like classic guitar playing.

Very cool that a second Lithium mine is coming online in Canada and will be sustainable with no diesel or gas emissions. Will use Hydro power for the site and extraction process. What does sustainable lithium mining look like? - Electrek Seems CEO Musk, AKA Failure Musk is again attempting to divert attention from his failure to stay focused on Tesla the Auto company as he plays with his new purchase Twitter more and talks about new auto's when he still has not delivered in full productions his electric Semi truck, Cybertruck or Roadster 2.0. Leclanché Energy Storage Solutions of Switzerland has achieved a significant breakthrough in the safety of performance Lithium-ion batteries for use in EVs. Leclanché has taken current Lithium-ion cell production to the next step by adding a special fire-retardant additive to its electrolyte formula composition lowering the risk of thermal events by close to 80%. Verified by independent nail penetration tests has confirmed the companies claims of significantly lowering risk of thermal events with fire. The non-flammable electrolyte additive provides enhanced cell safety option for rail, truck, bus and auto EV markets. Intertek Germany, renowned third-party testing lab conducted a series of industry standard nail penetration tests on Leclanché 60 Ah cells. During this test with the cells punctured and the resulting internal short circuit, these cells exhibited a far lower risk of fire than the same cells without the fire-retardant additives. Risk of fire to passengers onboard and expensive lithium-ion battery recalls causing disruptions, world leading energy storage solutions company Leclanché is leading the global markets in reducing these risks that auto makers have to take on to build and sell EV solutions. To quote Leclanché: “While the entire battery industry continues to place considerable R&D resources into the development of solid-state batteries, there’s a critical need to enhance the safety of today’s high energy density lithium-ion cell technology. Most efforts, until now, adversely impact the performance or longevity of cells. Leclanché has been able to develop a high performance and high energy density lithium-ion cell exhibiting high safety characteristics without any negative impact on performance or longevity. As technological advancements continue to be developed, this is a crucial improvement in state of the art cell technology, that does not require breakthrough technology that could still be several years away from commercial availability” said Pierre Blanc, chief technology officer, Leclanché. Leclanché Willstatt Germany production facility that has built Lithium-ion cells based on their water-based process for the last 10 years will be the site for production of these new fire-resistant cells with availability starting Q1 2023 to OEMs. Quote: According to Anil Srivastava, CEO, Leclanché, “Our breakthrough should encourage manufacturers waiting on the side-lines for next generation solid-state batteries to move forward with their advanced fleet vehicle designs today – safe lithium-ion batteries have arrived and Leclanché has them.” View full article
