Well, I'm not going to get my hopes up again. I'll believe it when I see it. Then again they didn't say which trucks. They are going to in the HD trucks, but not the 1/2 tons and SUVs.

I guess GM sees the 2009 F150 as more of a threat and a target than the 2007 Tundra. It would have been nice to see the 2008 trucks and suvs come with the 6-speed.

So tomorrow when you get to work, count how many times somebody says, "I heard on (any news channel) that...." You'll hear it. Can't we just wait on the facts to be known. There's a misstatement in the story. He wasn't leading a charge against President Clinton over the Monica Lewinsky affair, he was leading the charge on weather or not President Clinton had committed perjury and obstructed justice over the Monica Lewinsky affair. Come on. If he said that, it was on the day of the election. Your telling me that he knew that his party was going to get it handed to them on election day. If automakers had to use these numbers for CAFE........... We shouldn't be shocked by these numbers at all. We were told before on what to expect, but I guess seeing the numbers makes it shocking for some reason. It really opened my eyes.
