  1. I'd probably opt for a black one to mask the black outlined taillights. It resembles a raccoon.
  2. What's going on inside? This is supposed to be BMW's answer to the Mercedes CLS, not it's answer to the new Camaro. It's certainly a fusion of the future and the past, but I don't think it's suitable for the car's target audience. Since we mentioned the CLS, how well does it even sell? I've never seen one on the road. Is this even a car that BMW feels it needs to match?
  3. I'm not sure I'm feeling those headlights. Or the roofline. And Republicans. We're already obsessed with SUVs, but slap a blue and white logo on it and we make the country club parking lot look like a BMW dealership.
  4. I think the problem with the STS's interior is that it isn't very inviting. "Cold" comes to mind. On the other hand, I find the Audi's interior in either Beige or Amaretto to be incredibly warm and inviting. The same with the Infiniti.
  5. Gasoline. The only hybrid on the market that we both really like is the Lexus GS-h (which is way out of our price range). Our cars now are pretty efficient, so unless we moved down to 4 cylinders or economy cars (which we're not), we're not going to do any better that way. I don't see hydrogen cars being available the next time we decide to buy. And diesel's out of the question until there's finally a true quiet, clean diesel. So it's the same old same old for us.
  6. Well thank you. I've read the site and forums for some time now, so I thought I'd finally join in. I'm probably not your average member. My connection to GM is my wife's Saab.
  7. Don't unusual colors like dark blue or red look dated after a few years? Like the Lava Blue interior for the BMW 7 series. It may look "cool and different" in the beginning, but assuming you keep your car for a couple years, it will probably get old really quickly.
  8. So is the Pontiac G6 supposed to be the sole GM offering to compete with the Camry Solara, Accord, Altima, and Sebring Coupes?
  9. Or we could boycott Citgo simply because it's a subsidary of a country that's controlled by an anti-American regime. As for the others, they're just fulfilling their obligations to make as much profit as possible for shareholders [at our displeasure].
