  1. What is your vote for the following? 1. Best looking current GM vehicle 2. Worst looking current GM vehicle 3. The most bland looking GM vehicle
  2. I honestly don't know how any car can ever top this for sensuous, sexy design. Auto designers may as well just put down their pens and give up.
  3. Interesting article on the perceptions and the reality of auto quality. http://www.canadiandriver.com/articles/jc/quality.htm For example the Chevrolet Impala has outscored Toyota Camry for initial quality for 5 straight years. Five!!!

  5. Me too...great Chevy front. They Silverado has the spirit of this frontend look..but not successful in execution.
  6. But then there is this pic.....makes me love the GP even more. Speaking of size. I have never done anything with increasing the size of a pic.....how is that done?..and still have the same clarity.
  7. Borrego is correct.
  8. balthazar, I don't ever think I will be able to stump you lol. It was indeed a V-16 proposal for Cadillac.
  9. I hate hatches too, but something about this Opel just grabs me. It's downright sexy, hot. It's almost a two-door sport wagon. I love it! Put an Ion beside this, well don't, it's just too painful.
  10. I love the Blackhawk. Thanks Zoomtm for that great photo, have been looking for a good one. Wasn't it built for Buicks 100th anniversary? In fact there is a car that cruises around here that almost looks like it.
  11. I go with anything rkm says.:)...but then again I love Chevy to be this:
  12. Angry Dad....that Rumen is facinating...thanks for that. I love it! I see it's just being introduced at Frankfurt.
  13. What concept is this nifty little sport ute? I think it was ahead of it's time. I also think there is an emerging trend on the horizon with this type of vehicle.
  14. This was a proposal for a future car. Never made it off the drawing board. Can you guess what it was to be? There are clues in it's design. Brand, model type, approx era?
  15. Targeting a particular group, whether by age or gender often does not work. There are so many other influences going on in pop culture and trends can change overnight. And the models introduced today were conceived much earlier.
  16. Yes and this one is way better looking.....and GM has been very capable in engineering and design.
  17. yes, some models 'downplayed', Montana name gone. One model that is still at Pontiac is the Vibe...I have never liked this Pontiac Toyota..I hope it goes away.
  18. I give GM and Pontiac a standing ovation in getting this car to market so quickly and so good. Keep that momentum going.
  19. The Montana name appears to be gone for '06.
  20. What I actually meant about people not liking Buick is that so many really don't know about Buick in the right way.
  21. The problem is that many customers don't like Buick either. Buick has an older customer base and they are disappearing. They have got to get the attention of a relatively younger buyer or they will wither away. Buick needs to be cool again. It isn't right now. Perfectly good vehicles, but so are a lot of makes...Buick needs to get on the radar screen for potential buyers. First, a revolution in how they market/advertise their cars....second, sexier, more appealing designs...more 'Buick'.
  22. The GTO missing, may just indicate, it's in transition...anticipating a new one. I'll bet the Vibe and SV6 van are on their way out...just a feeling...no scientific proof.;)
  23. I hope they get more power in it eventually. I would consider this vehicle. An aside: I noticed when looking at the Pontiac website that the photo lineup they have displayed, does not include the Vibe, SV6 and GTO. I wonder if that's a hint of things to come. They are on the website, but not as hilighted as the others.
  24. I am really becoming a Holden convert...took me awhile. The exterior updates are slightly unusual, in that the sides look soft but the front looks very angular and crisp....they look great though.
