Keeneland Concours d'Elegance

Featured Replies

Hey everyone! There's going to be a vintage carshow at Lexington's Keeneland horsetrack this Saturday from 10am-4pm and I was just curious to know if anyone is going to be there?

Its only $15 entry so I'll probably go, should be cool. Radio commercial this morning said that they have 5 classic Corvette's on loan from the GM Heritage Museum, including a Mako Shark. From looking at the 2005 show winners on their website: http://www.keenelandconcours.com/ They apparently have EVERYTHING classic, from Porsches to Maseratis to Corvettes to Mustangs. For $15, can't really beat a good show like that.

If anyone's going to be there, we can maybe have a meet'n'greet or something, should be cool.

...

You know, until now, I was oblivious to this car show. But, then again, I had no idea about Somerset's Summer Nights (I think that's the name of the car show there) until last month.

I don't know if I could show up there or not.

This is only the show's 3rd year, so thats probably why. If I hadn't seen the TV commercials I wouldn't have known about it either.

If anyone wants to meet up at the show, shoot me a PM or something, I think it would be fun to meet some of you kooks in person. :P
