Need Help Asap On This Car! What Is It And How Much?!!?

Recommended Posts

Welcome to C&G my friend. The car you are looking at is a 2005 Pontiac GTO that has been modified extensively for show use. The actual car was never produced with the body kit nor wheels so you couldn't order it or buy one from Pontiac. Having said that a few compaines have a kit they sell to convert your GTO into the car seen above, it requires extensive body modification as the body is much wider and bolder. I have read an article in PE on it and on the net a few times. You can have it done but it will cost you. Sadly the GTO production ended summer/early fall of 2006 in Elizabeth Au. but you can find them new on dealers lots still sitting for mid-high 20's and even less used. The 2005 and 2006 models have an LS2 V8 (6.0L) and 400hp and 395lbft. of tq. the 2004 version had an LS1 V8 (5.7L) and 350hp and 365lbft. of tq. The GTO added hood scoops and big wheels for 2005 and 2006 also and colors changed. I have seen (04-06) GTO's run for as little as 16,000.00. Not a bad price at all considering when new they were between 32K and 36K.

Its the GTO that GM showed at Woodward a few years ago. As far as I know, you cant buy the car, but you can probably get as aftermarket body kit to make a regular GTO look like this one.

how about these? i know I cant get the celica stock like the one pictured but how much would it run?

I am going to warn you don't show me photos of Toyota's... :AH-HA_wink: I have no idea the Celica went away in 2005 and it was one of Toyota's dumbest moves ever. As for the body kit and stuff I have no clue I am guessing that person has close if not 10,000 in that car. A used Celica vaires on miles and trim and where you live. As for the GTO let me dig up the company who makes that body kit. I think it is a few grand to do the conversion.
