GM prepping Saab to stand alone

It seems that GM's plan to rid itself of Saab is being put into motion. GM plans to grant Saab control over its finances and decisions. The idea is to make it looks more appealing to potential buyers, and more than just a bunch of Opels in Swedish attire.
