Volt to be Updated Throughout it's Lifecycle

Most cars need to wait until a MCE or redesign to receive significant updates. The Volt is a little different however. Since much of the car's attributes are controlled via software, updates can be made on the fly as soon as they become available...kind of like updating your computer's OS.
