S&P is another bunch of lemming analysts. Just ignore them and use a dart to pick your investments and you'll make more money.

Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said Tuesday it will keep General Motors Corp.'s debt ratings on review for a possible downgrade, despite an announcement of buyouts at Delphi Corp.
