Interesting comments on TTAC Lucerne review

Featured Replies

I thought this was interesting. The Truth About Cars reviewed the Lucerne at http://www.thetruthaboutcars.com/?p=1646. Someone from a site called Friends Of Buick questioned parts of the review in the comments section below it and wrote pages on the Lucerne and its quality, ride and handling. Long but worth a read.

Does anybody here own a Lucerne? It is the first Buick I have thought about buying in some time and I would like to hear what the owners think of it.

I know TTAC isn't very popular among C&G'ers, but I'm starting to like the blog more and more. The Lucerne review was well-written, and its thoroughness was certainly better than most rags. The comments section was also nice... it didn't suffer from first-grade-fighting-syndrome, like on AutoBlog.

" A fresher looking Camry"!!! I all but fell over when I read this. This dude doesn't have a clue when it comes to styling.

This is the same site that has the BIASED "GM Death Watch" and the same site that panned the new Escalade in a very biased way and the same site that Buickman has ties to....

Any more questions?????

Take everything they write ith a grain of salt... Even the Camry comment is RIPPED OFF from Car & Drivers otherwise pretty positive review.

The last paragraph sums it up beautifully....

NEVER would an UNBIASED source say that "Buick is a dead mark dying"

Only the anti-GM fan the flames of that site... I'd look for more professional reviews.
