Porsche revealed the all-new 2017 718 Boxster and 718 Boxster S, marking a significant engineering evolution for its beloved mid-engine roadster lineup. Both variants adopt new turbocharged four-cylinder engines — a 2.0-liter flat-four producing 300 hp in the base 718 Boxster and a 2.5-liter producing 350 hp in the 718 Boxster S — replacing the naturally aspirated flat-six units. The 718 designation pays homage to Porsche's iconic 718 racing cars from the late 1950s, while the wider body, revised front fascia, and updated LED lighting modernize the exterior. Available in Agate Grey and Lava Orange among other colors, the 718 Boxster continues Porsche's tradition of open-top sports car excellence.

Yep, this is one of those things where the theoretical and mathematical equations just aren't equaling in the real world. On paper the 2.0T should be just fine and I'm sure the engineers have all ran specific tests and numbers saying this is the perfect configuration for their application(s) however, it just doesn't work out in the real world. -

I agree that it does have far more space inside than a GLS, Escalade or any other full size SUV. Still feel that the Minivan scene would take off more if they were styled like an SUV and had AWD. I see now more of the Kia Minivan around the Seattle area than Chrysler, Toyota, or Honda and people I talk with love the style plus all the room inside. As @Drew Dowdell pointed out, I do hear that others wish the stow and go seats would be incorporated into other makes. I have to figure there is a patent issue or some legal issue as to why Honda, Toyota, Kia have not done it yet.- 800v

Kia News: 2027 Kia EV3: Up to 320-Mile Range, EV9 Design, and a GT with 288 HP
Kia has not stated what the starting prices will be here yet, but pricing in Europe and Asia and other markets have the EV3 very cheap. Today in Europe, the EV3 starts at $33,000 Euros which is $38,029.00 in USD. I realize that the Seltos starts $10,000 less than the EV3, but still pricing is reasonable I feel.- 2027

I believe it is an improvement and that it will look good in person. I think the current gen looks good in person, as well. It's just disappointing that it's such a "meh" update outside of the front fascia. -

I don't like gloss black on any car, but other than the the shape and styling look pretty good and fits the Kia brand. This wold be sales fire if there was a tax credit, I think it will do okay but a Seltos is so much cheaper, that is what they are up against.- 2027
