2019 Bentley Bentayga Plug-In Hybrid

Album created by William Maley · Updated

Bentley unveiled the 2019 Bentayga Plug-In Hybrid at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show, making it the world's first plug-in hybrid luxury SUV. Powered by a turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 engine paired with an electric motor producing a combined 443 horsepower, the Bentayga PHEV can travel approximately 31 miles on electricity alone before its combustion engine takes over for long-distance touring. The electrified Bentayga retains the full grandeur of the standard model — hand-crafted leather interior, Bentley's signature round headlights and matrix grille, and a host of bespoke options — while adding a distinctive copper-script Hybrid badge and blue accent trim to signal its electrified status. It marked a pivotal step in Bentley's commitment to electrification without compromising the brand's core luxury and performance values.
