The 2020 Ford Explorer Platinum features a large vertical portrait-orientation SYNC 3 touchscreen displaying navigation in the center console. The 10.1-inch display is flanked by physical HVAC controls and audio buttons below, reflecting Ford's move to a larger, tablet-style infotainment interface for the sixth-generation Explorer.
