This weekend was a busy one for me, was not able to snap any pictures as I usually like to do, but was surprised as I saw a couple of both new versions of the Bronco regular and Sport. Drove by Dougs Mazda on Hwy 99 here and they were receiving a whole truck load of the uninspiring CX30 CUV. Mostly white and black. Such blah ugly colors. We need a better RAINBOW of colors IMHO.

So then does that explain all her ? craziness?

Seems Rivian due to the Pandemic, parts delays, and a desire to NOT SHIP BETA auto's to customers much like Tesla has done has pushed deliveries of the R1T truck to September from July according to this story which is based on a letter sent to reservation holders by CEO RJ. Rivian R1T deliveries delayed to September: If it’s first with an electric pickup, who’s next? (greencarreports.com) Seems the ultimate jab at Tesla with this part quoted from the story. Rivian has one production line intended for its R1T pickup and R1S SUV, and another for its commercial vans. Scaringe noted that the company has produced hundreds of vehicles for validation purposes. In what appeared to be a jab to Tesla, which is known for delivering “beta” cars that aren’t fully fleshed-out, he wrote: “I have been asked why we aren’t delivering those vehicles or why we continue to test rather than deliver. We believe it is critical to both our long-term success and your ultimate satisfaction that the quality and robustness of our launch products truly sets the tone for what to expect from us as a brand.” Full letter is included in the link below. @William Maley Great review, thank you. Question for you, comfort of the Palisade Seats for long road trips. Any positive or negatives about the front and back seats? -

This is a comprehensive approach designed to help companies switch to an electric fleet sooner by connecting them with services, features and resources. Ultium Charge 360 Fleet edition is designed and focused on new and existing fleet customers that helps them identify providers, tools, solutions required to plan, finance, deploy and operate charging infrastructure in fleet yards and depots. QUOTE The new Ultium Charge 360 fleet solution combines GM fleet and charging expertise with the services of preferred providers to help accelerate the adoption of fleet electrification. eTransEnergy “We are pleased GM has included eTransEnergy among its preferred providers to help customers navigate the journey of fleet electrification,” said Greg Fields, eTransEnergy vice president. “As a Duke Energy company, eTransEnergy offers a lower-risk solution for commercial fleets to help realize the benefits of reduced emissions, better performance and lower operating costs.” EVgo “EVgo is excited to expand our EV collaboration with GM into our Fleet Solutions offering, providing a seamless and convenient reliable charging experience for fleet operators looking to electrify,” stated Jonathan Levy, chief commercial officer at EVgo. “EVgo is committed to providing fleet operators with a diverse portfolio of L2 and fast charging options, including dedicated depots and public charging facilities, to speed the transition and maximize the benefits of electrification.” In-Charge Energy “We are incredibly proud to play an important role in GM's fleet electrification and we’re excited to support the Ultium Charge 360 program,” said Cameron Funk, CEO of In-Charge Energy. “While we are solely focused on fleet electrification at In-Charge, we recognize the larger impact of a global brand like GM actually executing on a truly all-inclusive commitment to an electrified future and applaud their dedication. Again will agree to disagree as I think teachers, doctors, engineers, scientist are worth far more than they are paid in comparison to athletes which are overpaid for their skill. Athletes do not build a world, they are entertainment and you are right everyone has the right to earn as much as possible. I choose to not contribute to their wealth and ego. EGO

I know it is the freedom of property owners to do what they want with their land, but I always find it sad that people will trash the very place they live with trash be it matteresses or autos. Wish we would recycle rather than let auto's rust and dirty up places. Yes, cool to find old auto's but the majority, 99.9% of people have no resources to restore and care for these old auto's, time to let them live in the history books. -
Seems the Chip shortage has hit Stellantis, while many of their plants in Europe and the Asian rim are going offline for the next month to month and half causing short term layoffs or furloughs, America had avoided this till now. The Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango plant was scheduled to be offline for 1 week for maintenance and changes for the model year, but will now shutdown from July 11th to August 9th due to chip / part shortages. Thanks @oldshurst442 for the history, I only have the news to go on since I watch NO PROFESSIONAL or ANY SPORTS. Waste of time IMHO. Especially all the wasted Billions spent by politicians on palaces for billionaire owners who should have to pay for the stadiums themselves. I refuse to support the owners and the over paid whinny athletes. Machining

Very cool, seems the tug boats of the world are going pure electric too. Seems even while Musk is before the courts over the law suites over solar city purchase, Tesla Solar just released the largest panel yet at 420 watts. I could cover my whole roof and power my house with no power from the county. I am liking where we are going with solar. Tesla launches new 420-watt solar panel, setting 'high' mark - Electrek

Yes, I noticed all the tables have returned even closer together than in the past at my Costco. HARD PASS on sitting close to others and eating. Will take my food to go and stay social distant still. We have WAY TOO MUCH COVID19 infections to even consider touching the free hand outs they are doing or eating next to others especially with so many choosing to NOT get vaccinated. I will wait till next year some time and let survival of the fittest clear out humanity.
