  1. Dear General Motors, I am from Generation Y. I would love to be given the opportunity to test drive this vehicle, and throw the green finger to every Toyota Pious driver I pass.
  2. If you take out the teased, bleached hair, and Richie Sambora's stupid hat, and talkbox, you might find Bon Jovi is a credible act. They can churn out decent music, and sometimes even great material. Unfortunately, their image follows them, and that can hurt GM. When it comes to music, I'm not sure GM can win. If they use the crappy 'indie' music of today, people say they are trying too hard to be hip. If they use 'This is our Country' , they're "pandering" to patriotism. I'm sure if GM made a commercial featuring the G8, and Solstice, and it had the Crue's 'Kickstart my Heart' , they'd be blasted as misogynistic, cock-rock, American excess peddling pigs...
  3. I haven't laughed this hard for weeks.
  4. 'Triumph the Insult Comic Dog' said it best when he described the Bon Jovi sound like. "Bruce Springsteen... Coming out of my ass" I'm not sure if this is such a great commercial. Sure, Bon Jovi has way more talent than 92% of musicians today, (and that's not including the "myspace bands" because they simply suck ass) but I doubt it'll sway any more buyers. Hell, I have a bad feeling this could become the butt of jokes. Bon Jovi isn't exactly revered by younger people these days, and is more associated with Budweiser swilling, unemployed New Jersey'ers with teased hair.
  5. lol Seattle.
  6. Extreme - Rest In Peace.
  7. Shame we don't get the 19's. I like it.
  8. Stay the hell out of the 'Circus Circus' buffet.
  9. It actually looks better...
  10. I'm surprised they actually showed her out about a minute and a half into the clip. I figured they'd do it at the end.
  11. They do?! Isn't Europe like, that third world country that's on top of America?
  12. Whoopee! One less W-Body on this continent. Europe can totally have it.
  13. Would you rather they license the technology from Toyota?

I got the truck by hand-me-down, but I have to do my Dad's bidding when he needs work done on one of his properties. However, I'd never buy a new car for a kid. Like people have mentioned before, I have seen brand new cars get smashed up by new drivers. One guy at my old high-school got a new Infinity G35, and within months it needed thousands of dollars in repairs. Plus, other people I know who got cars for reaching an age don't do too much. Most don't take a full course load at school, and don't have jobs. Coincidence?
  15. I hate that colour.
  16. With an EPA fooling SD455 of course.
  17. I've seen quite a few Tundra's in my area, and although I'm not too impressed with what is essentially just another truck, it's kind of grown one me... Please don't kill me.

Didn't you make a Peg Bundy joke earlier? That show is totally awesome.

It has to be a joke.
  20. Bit of a shame about not having the new 'arrowhead' , but that's a meager detail. This car is still awesome.
  21. How the hell can you people go against automatic-daytime lights. They are mandated up here in Canada, and like Flybrain said, they prevent morons from totally driving in the dark.
  22. Maybe they could be revamping it, just to go toe-to-toe with the Camry. In my area at least, the Accord tends to be almost in a different category than the Camry. Most of them I see are loaded, with the V6, and driven by younger people. One family I know own two, and said they'd never cross-shop with a Camry, because they believe Toyota is too "boring" , and for "old people" . One of their Accord's is a stick too.
