Considering a Saturn? Yes, actually...
I think the Outlook would be a good buy since it needs sales anyway...plus it's a handsome devil.

Advice on starting a car that hasn't run in 2 years
Thanks man., that helps alot! When school gets out in a couple of weeks I will try to start and move them both. I'm assuming you're dying to see pics of the Caravan right? They're both dead, I know that much

Hardtop Orgy
Which must explain the only GM in the family is technically a rebodied Toyota!

Hardtop Orgy
I knew someone was gonna say that, but to be honest most of my Mopar-recognizing knowledge only goes to the mid-60's. Shame on me I know.

Hardtop Orgy
So which is this...Saratoga, Winsdor, or what? I like it without the 2-tone paint...and the coupe version of these models are growing on me..as is is the `59 Imperial.

The average joe's thoughts on the auto industry
I'll side with NorthStar on the waiter. Especially since I've leave had one strike a conversation about the automive world. Still Pontiac has a point, which I have noted before. The fridge mechanic I didn't argue with him too much since he's supposed to fix the refrigerator...and I doubt my boss would be happy with me and I pissed the guy for making him look like the dumbass he was. Sometimes you have to hold your tongue...but usually I have no problem pointing out Toyota's flaws. In class, at a friend's house, or whatever.

Advice on starting a car that hasn't run in 2 years
I was talking to Sixty8 today, and mentioned that I'd like to start up the `69 and move it out of the garage. The problem is that the car hasn't run in 2 years...the last time it was driven was in the fall of `05. Since then it's been in the garage (at least it's level). There is a concern I have...I remember their being a fluid leak...however I can't remember if it antifreeze or something else. If it is antifreeze I'm worried the block may have cracked during one of the winters. So I have a few questions Does anyone know how to pop the hood on a `69 Barracuda? I've done it before but it was a while ago...and I remember it being a pain...but I forget what to do. When I check and there is some antifreeze, is it okay? If there is none...how concerned should I be about a cracked block or something? How can I check if it is cracked? What else should I check/do before attempting to start it? I also want to move the Caravan...it's not where it should be in teh driveway and therefore blocks a parking spot...this was a pain in the ass in teh winter. Unlike teh `69, it sits outside and on in incline facing up (the driveway slopes). It started it about a year ago and it did run and drive...but should I be concerned about things liek oil sitting in the back or something...I'd rather not damage it.If anyone has any advice I'd be very grateful!

I correct people if they say something misinformed. Because if educated car enthusiasts like us don't...who will? And if we don't try to set the facts straight it's just one more person the domestics loose because of false information. Of course, some people are just stupid...like the refrigerator mechanic who thought that Toyota's 500k recall on the Tundra was a conspiracy by the domestics.- Eddymunds Tests G8- Neee Holden Commodore SS
I was gonna post this. Oh well. Yeah it sounds like an awesome car. Can't wait to check out the G8 in person. RWD V8 6-speed automatic and manual sweet interior great exterior what's not to like?- You ready for a V8-powered, RWD coupe from Hyundai?
If it's going to have a V8 it's not going to have a 4-banger. Base would be a V6.- Midsize, large sedan sales comparo for April
I agree, especially as word get out about how good the car gets. Same should apply for the Outlook.- Midsize, large sedan sales comparo for April
New England must be a big selling place for the Aura because I see tons of them.- Let me just save you the "heartbreak"
Suddenly the B-pillar thing seems a lot more rational now, good once Sixty8- You ready for a V8-powered, RWD coupe from Hyundai?
I respect Hyundai for having the guts to make a RWD performance coupe. And like I said, the rendering looks sexy.- Midsize, large sedan sales comparo for April
The bestselling large car is the Impala followed by the Charger and then the 300...shame the Magnum is such a slow lover. The Avalon is a piece of [ugly] junk. Even the wankers at CR thinks so.- DODGE MAGNUM SXT
I think it's cool that the R/T Performance Pack from the Charger is now available now for the Magnum. The interior gets better materials for `08..but I don't think they're bad to begin with...stop feeling up your dashes like you're gonna have crazy monkey sex with it and do what you're supposed to do with a car: drive. Sorry you weren't able to rent the Kia Reg, I know you were really hoping to get it.- I'm getting old
- Let me just save you the "heartbreak"
Doesn't the B-59 have a B-pillar?- DODGE MAGNUM SXT
Accept for one critical difference...well several....but mainly...the Magnum isn't a hideous crime against humanity.- DODGE MAGNUM SXT
So let's have a bland vehicle instead! No thanks. Go buy the E-Class or a Subaru- Jeep Compass Rallye
I'm sorry to hear that.- Word Association
