Well they have to do something with them since they can't sell them in the USA, after all GMDAT is under Holden's control, I just don't know if South Korea would have enough demand for a car like this, it remains to be seen.

If they do carve it up and sell it off, I would advocate that GM buy Jeep to replace HUMMER, less of a Carbon Footprint, and would allow us to keep our finger in that market.

The 34-year-old mother of two grabbed a shotgun that had been pointed at her face early Wednesday, starting a struggle that ended with one intruder killed with his own weapon and another in the hospital. "I wasn't going to let them get to my babies," she said, recalling the moment when she pushed up the muzzle of the shotgun, pointing it away from her children's rooms. Although the intruders told her to keep quiet, she screamed for her husband. Kellie Hoehn told The Dallas Morning News that she screamed at her husband, "Shoot him, shoot him, shoot him." Her husband fired the shotgun and the man fell to the ground. Then the shot man lunged a second time. "Well, I shot him again, and I guess that was it," Keith Hoehn said. Dakota Scott Benoit, 20, of Richland Hills, was pronounced dead at a hospital. John Garland Pierson, 25, of Haltom City, was in critical condition and in police custody at the hospital. "I am not happy that someone is dead," Kellie Hoehn said. "But I am glad that my family is alive." Police said Pierson was shot in the left arm and the bullet pierced his diaphragm and other organs but his condition was improving. He will face charges of burglary of habitation with intent to commit another felony, police said. Investigators say the couple were just defending their family and probably won't be charged. GM is using it's resources in other areas. There is not much in the pipeline for Pontiac, that alone speaks volumes.

Cadillac will now have direct control of the platform, it's engineers and not Holden's engineers will be working on it. It wants to make sure the Cadillac cues it desires are in the platform from the ground up. Cadillac and GME want a totally premium car released on the Alpha platform for Europe. This car has to be a stunner in Europe, and Cadillac has the right people in place to make that happen. Holden on the other hand is being stripped of personnel and resources as GM closes down or moves many projects from there. Contractors being let go was just the 1st step, soon regular staff will be let go too, it's just a matter of time now. As for my personal view of it, well what's good for GME and Cadillac, is good for me.

Ohhhhh brother I'm with you on hating weddings. I am in my niece's wedding this month on the 20th. The wedding is in Scotland and I have to wear a kilt, I am not happy.
