  1. Put a six speed stick shift in there and the interior will look just right. Time is ripe for a new steering wheel.

  3. Yup the ICE will be capable of running it. That will be similar situation when people take it on a highway trip beyond 40 mile range.
  4. Here is the corker. Mazda is going to have a different sheet metal and bigger car in the US to be released in LA or Detroit Autoshow.
  5. The wait for it is like 4 months and he needed the car day before yesterday.
  6. Congrats Sly. I think in the pack of small SUV's GV is very underrated. I have test driven one with Manual Tranny. Not as fun as a RWD sedan, but certainly not trucky. The interior was done under GM so is decent. The quality is somewhat not spectacular, but that is what to expect for a vehicle under $25k. The V-6 is throaty and kinda not refined. But posts decent fuel economy numbers. Why not a Torrent?
  7. What's next? Hyundai in NASCAR? Sonata Race Car. WOW. I am speechless.
  8. Clickity Cool song. Gorgeous chick! And beautiful cars.
  9. Car and Driver banged the Viper in 0-60 3.4s and 1/4 mile 11.3s That is helluva fast machine. It outsped the Z06 by 1 sec at the VIR, where car and driver does its speed test for the performance machines, but the Z06 still won the comparo.
  10. For real. No ass there.
  11. Which dumbheaded BMW dealer does not give his customer a loaner BMW and gives him a POS Crapry instead?
  12. Looks cool. But the sinister side gives me Prius vibe.
  13. Are you gonna hump the dog's leg in excitement? Over yonder between dem necks of the woods of Wyest Virginia and Kentucky.
  14. You know why they put 200,00 limit. Because domestics last beyond 400,000 miles. And if they would have put that limit, none of the imports would have passed the bar. That IS bias. :AH-HA_wink:
  15. The only thing not true is that their favorite sports is cricket not football.
  16. Holden
  17. They cannot make it. It is fiscally impossible as based on some numbers I calculated and assumed off my ass, Volvo's customer has to spend $25,000 per kilometer, while the total cost of the prius is the same. Prius and Toyota lead in technolgy of hybrids and they know what battery and motors have to offer. Volvo is throwing dirt in the eyes of the customers and getting positive media just as GM is doing with Volt. GXT
  18. Makes me jealous. Let us know about the 2.9l, Venturi motor.
  19. A cross between the Lexus IS and Altima, but in a good way. Interior with the Nav looks cheap Ford Mondeo. Much spartan compared to the complicated Accord one.
  20. I never can accept the comment of Pushrod being antiquated. It is just a different way to produce power and get fuel economy. With DI pushrods just got an elixir. With the amount of technology gone in the pushrod LS7, that will put the AMG63 in shame. Who cares if the displacement is more for the same amount of power. Can any of the cars wearing the AMG63 with their better 7-speed give better fuel economy than the Corvette? Heck they are not even close to getting the gas-guzzler tax off their asses. And if you compare the weight. That BMW 4.0l V-8 seen in the M3 with all the sumptuous weight saving weighs about 199kg while the LS7 weighs 243kg. Now here is the corker, the displacement of the LS7 is 175% more than the M3 mill. To me the argument of Pushrod being old and non technology oriented is like the myth that Turd is the best truck ever built.

  22. That is why AMG will never get hardcore enthusiasts, but me-too mentality people buying their cars to show off. Remember, BMW put 6-speed tranny as an after thought after customers denied buying the 7-speed SMG.
  23. Looking from front gives me a vibe of current Impala green house.
