Damn it, CapMan, you're not supposed to know!...or tell anyone!

If its the same black Suburban that usually drives by my house, I'll just laugh because its 20 years old and has spinners worth four times the car itself.

    Wow. That's just rude.

Remember Crocsucker. That is all. I gather from your cryptic post that you're going to the Smithsonian to retrieve the EV1 and drive it. I have also been drinking.

The '97 Cavalier bumper treatments of the '05 ruined it for me. Plus, the 3er wagon is cooler.
  6. Only to those that view every automotive purchase as a political statement. Yellow_Dart's idea is a good one, especially if your large SUV is/is almost paid off. What's wiser financially, taking a massive hit trading it in for an 'efficient' hybrid, or buying a used, affordable, efficient second car for commuting - maybe not a SMART, but a Focus, Cobalt/Cavalier, Corolla, Civic, etc. That way, you're using the right vehicle for the right task (SUV - roadtrips, towing, getting big things/Compact - commuting, shopping, etc).

Some guy's '97 in signature Crimson Pearl. Simply stunning.

1998 Cadillac Eldorado convertible Close enough?

Now, for all the humor, here's a real gem... 1996 Cadilac Eldorado convertible The top conversion is perfect and even the Vogue tires look fine. God, I want one so bad.
  10. Now I remember the shifter...

    1972 Buick Estate wagon - 266 miles!!!
  12. Meh. Didn't really say it had to be reasonable. No one makes an all-around good large-midsize/fullsize car anymore except GM, but I do like the Maseratis - stylish, powerful, and when have you seen one?
  13. Maserati.
  14. These things look too stupid. I'll just drive less, d'uh. Maybe walk? What a concept...
  15. The first CR-Vs were not that reliable, not very comfortable, and had lousy interiors. It was, however, the first cute-ute and that says more than even the Honda nameplate
  16. Ladies, ladies...
  17. Ven, I think you need more smilies.
  18. BV needs to take driving classes and Croc needs to take You and Your Body this summer.
  19. Anyway, look at it this way: you can now switch radio stations without running off the road.
  20. This sounds like something BV would do. I'm pretty serious.
  21. Ford owners aren't that bright.
  22. I had something to say, but what's the point?
  23. *Insert Skipper joke here*
  24. Likely the same who lobbied against that Corvette commercial where the kid is driving. I think the car is lousy and frightdully ugly, but the commercials are cute and the longer (2 minute?) sport with two Yaris play fighting shown in the theatre is cute, too.
