  1. I think it would be more believable if it were a C3.
  2. The rendering skills? Excellent. The design... Not so much. Not bad, though. I don't think I have anything for this competition unless you guys want me to enter my old El Camino sketch.
  3. Looks pretty good other than the huge screen which looks out of place.
  4. Well, the 10th marked the one year anniversary of me purchasing my Milly, so I thought I'd post some random detail pictures of it and it's sexy ass. Yes, it's dirty, don't mock it.
  5. Congrats on the C-S's 38th birthday, Sir.
  6. Personal preference... That might just say it all. I believe that's completely different than saying Japan is still fighting WWII, though. It's true that Japan supports its manufacturers and goes above and beyond to make them succeed. I simply can't equate that to them reliving and fighting back for a war that happened 60 or so years ago. It's illogical and any way you put it, is a conspiracy theory, by definition. Anyways, back to the original topic of the thread of things that make me shake my head... Today, I was asked a simply question. Which do I like more? Domestic or Foreign vehicles? I answered that I had no preference. I was asked it again in disbelief on the premise that I must like one or the other more. What is so wrong with liking both and not having a preference? What a dolt.
  7. Earnhardt to join Hendrick Motorsports for '08 season By Joe Menzer, NASCAR.COM June 13, 2007 02:45 PM EDT MOORESVILLE, N.C. -- Sixteen years after they jokingly put pen to napkin, roughly four years after his own son predicted it would happen one day and Rick Hendrick scoffed at the idea, Dale Earnhardt Jr. has joined the team at Hendrick Motorsports. Hendrick and Earnhardt made it official with an 11 a.m. ET announcement Wednesday at JR Motorsports, the facility owned by Earnhardt out of which he operates a Busch Series team and other budding racing ventures (watch video). The outfit Earnhardt is joining at Hendrick is no budding racing venture, but rather the organization that clearly sits at the head of the Nextel Cup table, stock-car racing's most elite series. Earnhardt joins a stable of drivers that includes superstars Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson, and up-and-coming talent Casey Mears. As expected, the odd man out in the development will be current Hendrick driver Kyle Busch. Rick Hendrick said that he expects Busch to finish out this season as driver of the No. 5 Chevrolet, but that Busch will be released from his contract at the end of this season. Busch's contract was to run through 2008, and Hendrick said that he and Busch mutually agreed that it would be best for Hendrick Motorsports and the young driver to part ways. Meanwhile, Hendrick and Earnhardt could not contain their smiles Wednesday at the thought of what might lie ahead for them over the course of a five-year contract for Earnhardt. When he said five weeks earlier that he definitely was leaving Dale Earnhardt Inc., the racing operation founded by his late father, Earnhardt said he wanted to drive for the organization that would give him the best opportunities to win races and championships. He said Wednesday that he firmly believes he has found that in Hendrick Motorsports. More
  8. Good luck, all. Glad to hear you atleast got going, even if its with an Intrepid.
  9. W00t for the Camaro and tiny, colorful, schizophrenic sqaures.
  10. I most certainly have studied my history. Sir, you are delusional. And to think you're a fellow atheist and homosexual. *shakes head*
  11. Again... Conspiracy theory. Yeah, Japan has shady business practices, it's no secret. Are they still fighting WWII? f@#k no. It's a CONSPIRACY THEORY thought up by your delusional state of mind. End of story.
  12. I'm fabulous.
  13. Well then.. Damn. *bows down* You are my master.
  14. I take it those aren't all current... I'm curious about the Opel GTs, though.
  15. You people are weird. I keep a straight face while concentrating.
  16. I'm not comparing anything. I'm simply saying its hypocritical to leave out one country because of whatever bias. NO ONE has a clean past. Still, my point isn't which was worst... You and others were berating certain foreign companies/countries for their not so innocent past, as if it mattered. I followed with my point of no one was innocent. I'm quite aware of all that. Another point of mine is not that the past isn't important... or should be forgotten. I haven't said anything along of the lines of the that. I'm saying the past is the past. Is Nissan the same company is was when it was started? No. Is VW the same company as it was under Hitler's reign? No. Is Mitsubishi the same company it was during WWII? No. And so on. To not buy from those companies simply for a past is... read closely... f@#kING RETARDED! Let me ask you guys this... Do you agree with those who will not consider a GM vehicle simply because in the past GM used to make $h!? If you answered anything but yes, you're a hypocrite. End of story. Say it with me... CONSPIRACY THEORY. Exactly.
  17. War in Iraq = Unjustified. Don't start with that BS. As for gay rights. Look at Europe, look at Canada, look at Massachussetts. It'll happen, it's just a matter of time. What you said could be said about the rights of other races... or the rights of women. Society changes and things people thought would never happen, happened. If you don't believe it does, you're living in a bubble and need to get out and open your eyes. I repeat... Europe is not run by Hitler anymore. Japan isn't still fighting WWII. America abolished slavery, gave rights to other races and women. I could go on and on. Again, I say, the past is the past. If you're going to continue to stay stagnant on the past... Your views and opinions will soon enough become irrelevant and just some idiotic conspiracy theories that no one is going to pay attention to, like it or not.
  18. No one is saying we should forget anything. I'm simply saying its hypocritical to berate other companies/countries when our own "home team" isn't innocent in the least. If you are going to let these things effect your buying decisions, You might as well move to some small, powerless, inconsequential nation and only buy things made there. The US is not innocent. GM is not innocent. Ford is not innocent. If you're going to let VW's, Mitsubishi's, Nissan's, etc pasts prevent you from buying their vehicles, let's see you prevent yourself from buying Fords for Henry Fords racism, antisemitism... GMs for Opel's part in WWII for Germany and Hitler... Or anything American for past slavery, anti-feminism, the war in Iraq, many acts of harassment to homosexuals, etc. If anything is propaganda, its what you and PCS are spewing. The past is the past. Let's not forget it, but let's not run our lives by it. Germany isn't run by Hitler anymore, Japan ISN'T still fighting WWII, America abolished slavery, gave women rights, will soon enough pull out of Iraq once Bush is finally out of office and eventually will give us homosexuals the rights we deserve. THE PAST IS THE PAST. The longer you stay stagnant over the past, the more irrelevant your views become and border on conspiracy theories.
  19. I must say... The sedan is looking really good to me. *jots it down onto his "most wanted" list*
  20. Buy a van. It'll solve all your problems.
  21. Agreed. Agreed. And yet another "Agreed". It's retarded, hypocritical, and so many other things to berate a few companies because of their past, but completely ignore the past of the company you work for. Sad... Pathetic. Things that make me shake my head? That right there.
