Someone's bitter. Take some Midol... Does wonders. As far as all that, I'm not sure what my age has to do with any of that. Whether I was 10, or 33, when they first came out is irrelevant. That does not make me suddenly unable to know what they're about. I'm not saying I know all about them, I'm sure there are some SOAD fans that could put me to shame. However, when I like something, I look into it. This isn't liking something blind. Someone who got into SOAD at first, was turned off later, happens to have a few years on me, and likes to play the age card that's implying he therefore knows more about them? Exactly where is that getting you? I got into SOAD fully, you stopped. Don't try to turn this on me because I happen to like them while you think their sound became erratic and disjolted and they're supposedly "Anti American". To my knowledge and in my opinion, that's a bunch of BS. Instead of being a hypocrite, try to show proof of them being anti American, and not just berate me for some unjust reason. Until then... I laugh in spite of you.- I found another vehicle...we approve of it more!!!
Not mine, I said ours, as in the two that my parents had. They were problem free other than brakes (well, and the tranny on the 96 since my mom learned to drive stick on it... yikes... and the after the 00 had been wrecked twice, it never drove the same). Mine is a different story... I think brakes are the only thing that aren't bad on it.- Dude, Like... Dude...
Have any of you guys saying that ever actually ridden with a person who's driving drunk? Seriously? There is a world of difference between using a cell phone while driving and being drunk while driving. Trust me... I used to always have to ride with my parents after they've drank. Cell phone usage doesnt compare. At all.- I found another vehicle...we approve of it more!!!
Grands Ams had brake problems as well... That was the only problem ours ever had.- Pratt & Miller GXP R
Love the front overhang.- Hit 230,000 miles this am on the Regal
I probably would pay $1k for a car with 250k if it were in as good of condition as you say... depending on what car it is. Those Regal coupes are cool and I miss our old 89. As I said, I probably would. Mileage don't mean much to me, hence why I bought a 161k (now 171k) Millenia. Other than abuse and area related issues, it's been good. Though, it is more or less just a beater, which I hate to admit.- The Softer Side of Music
She does. As for her look... Yeah. Her main problem is that she can't seem to decide what it is. First she was this innocent pop teen, then she went "dirrty", now she's going after the look of her influences. Meanwhile, she's featured in a Diddy song. It's what I hate about pop... But I still love that song.- More METAL
Hah... They're not anti American, just highly political and social. If they're anti anything, it's war. More than a few songs deal with that, whether it be the Iraq war or the Armenian Genocide their grandparents survived. I have all their songs, the lyrics to all the songs, etc... If anyone would know, it would be me. As far as their stuff becoming too disjolted and erratic, that's odd since each ablum after their first got softer and softer. Hypnotize is almost too soft and too... normal for some SOAD fans. I still love it, though it can't compare to Toxicity, my favorite of theirs. So yeah, you must not know what you're talking about. Anyways, you guys... Razor, too... try to find a way to listen to Patterns. Its awesome.- I found another vehicle...we approve of it more!!!
I can't say anything about the car itself, but if you need a damn good CD player, I have a lightly used top of the line Clarion ProAudio DXZ845MC. Plays MP3 and WMA files, Music Catcher recording, motorized 80 variable color display, personalization text and CD text, CD DVD TV and Sirius control, 53w x 4 power, 6 channel output and Aux input. Only $250!- Over a century of the "Horseless Carriage"
Haha... That's actually the one issue of Sport Compact Car I have.- More METAL
SOAD fans need to check out some of their unreleased stuff. Patterns is just awesome. Snowblind and The Metro are sweet. Temper and Marmalade are cool. Starlit Eyes and Honey are interesting. Check them out... somehow.- Over a century of the "Horseless Carriage"
Want to know what's more stupid? Having to remove the headlight and the fender just to change a parking light bulb. This is the exact reason I only have one parking light, unless it decides to burn out as well, then I won't have any. I love my Milly.- Over a century of the "Horseless Carriage"
That... that is just asinine. What the hell on you on?- Honda Accord Coupe Concept
Hmm... Certainly better than the current one. I wonder how close the production version will be.- The Softer Side of Music
Yep. Love that song, like most SOAD songs. That's more of a post than I expected from anybody. Anyways, another song that I love and isn't rock, is by the only artist of a certain genre I'll listen to. Johnny Cash. The song? Hurt. I'm no fan of country, but there's something about his songs that I like.- What Would Have Happened...
I think it'd be... interesting... to see a modern line up of Eagles.- Solstice Hardtop Conversion
I didn't think of this the first time, but...- go sciguy
I'd wish you a happy Bday, too... but you have to ask me to, first.- Dude, Like... Dude...
Intriguing. Can I do it too?- The Softer Side of Music
While I have never found anything I like by Britney Spears, I don't find fault with certain songs from Christina Aguilera. This one in particular is a great song whether you like her or not. I'm not going to roll my eyes and not listen to some artist because of some preconceived stigma there may be. A great song is a great song regardless. - More METAL
