  1. Why? you don't get $4k off a Civic, and that can be optioned up over 27k.
  2. wow! that IS a rare find! Something worth holding onto!
  3. 1957 Studebaker President in these colors at that car cruise last night. It was too dark to take a photo.
  4. I saw one of these along side the Lincoln Highway today..... was there a Fiat announcement I missed?
  5. I need to grab one of those oil deals.....
  6. I like the car... but the point of this competition is... what exactly.... increase the shareholder value for Bridgestone?
  7. You know, conceptually, it's not that difficult. The CO2 can be used to accelerate the growth of algae and kelp to be used in biofuel production. Additionally, since the CO2 tends to be warm when it's coming from whatever source it comes from, it helps the growth even further.
  8. Nice choices! Welcome to C&G
  9. Clear out your cache for Firefox and see if that helps. It's not doing that for me using the same version.
  10. Fixed. If you believe that you originally wrote, I have a first generation Avalon 6-speed to sell you, or an early build Tundra V8, or a 2004 Accord 5-speed auto, I'm all out of electronic gas pedals that fit Toyota vehicles at the moment, some guy came by and bought them all in cash. I'm told the Volvo with automatic pedestrian avoidance will be in next week, the Mercedes one went out of stock and we never got new ones in.
  11. The 1.8 is not new. It's the 1.8 out of the Astra. The 1.4 is not new. It's a 1.4 liter from 2003 from Opel that was Turbocharged for this application.
  12. I'm getting ease of creating new accounts and ease of sharing links on facebook. If you're an existing C&G user and you don't link to your Facebook account manually, they get nothing from us.
  13. And one of the many reasons Amtrak is unsuccessful is that they get lowest priority on foreign company's tracks. Wherever Amtrak owns or controls the rails, it does astonishingly well, in some cases controlling 50% market share. More people would be willing to use Amtrak, and pay higher fares than current, if the service were faster and more reliable. If those fees partially go towards giving the freight lines an incentive to prioritize passenger traffic over freight, then I'm all for it. Right now, if there is some sort of a delay and the Capitol Limited gets stuck behind a 20mph coal drag, Norfolk Southern's attitude is "Too bad, so sad"
  14. Fixed.... and you can make both of those statements with a straight face?
  15. While I agree with most of your moves. I am actually looking to consolidate the number of forums instead of increase them. Any suggestions for forum consolidations are welcome.
  16. yeah, it's time for some re-arranging again... especially after adding the iphone app
  17. Congrats on your new Fusion. I liked the Hybrid I had as a tester back in April. Have you added it to the C&G Garage yet?
  18. Yes please. :-)
  19. Everyone is up this month..... but I want to point out that September 2009 was the first month without Cash 4 Clunkers after a summer of heavy sales.... Simply put, September 2009 sales were unnaturally low.
