  1. evok has stopped contributing as well, though I think he still lurks about.
  2. Everytime I see one, I always think "That is f@#king cool." Its the coolest vehicle Chrysler has put out in a LONG time.
  3. Any idea on pricing? $21-22k? I really like it, especially the front fascia. If its priced right it will definitely go on my consider list.
  4. If I'm in the financial position in 2010 to be able to afford, I'd consider an Aura diesel only if it had a manual transmission offered.
  5. Guess they're going to squeeze as much money out of the lower capacity before they run out of excuses.
  6. $16k is too high for a base model, IMO. Needs to be more like $14k, like you said. I would like a fairly loaded XR 5-spd to come in under $18k.
  7. Riiight. If gas prices were suppose to go DOWN, why did they jump 20 cents in Lexington today? From 2.95 to 3.15 for 87.
  8. There are engines that are just as reliable and efficient as the 3800 (3.4, 3.5, 3.9) that are more refined, sound better and just plain BETTER. GM is the only company I know of putting the same engine in its new cars that it was putting into them 10-15 years ago. Sure, the 2007 Lucerne looks better, rides better, and has better fit'n'finish than a 1995 Lesabre but its still powered by the same worthless 3800 Series II OHV V6.
  9. The 3800 doesn't need to be in anything. Neither does the 3500, 3400 or 3900. For $38k there's a slew of vehicles I'd buy without even batting an eye.
  10. GM needs to get that dog 3800 out of a $25k sedan. Just offer the N* across the board and be done with it.
  11. They have two in Kentucky, one right here in Lexington and another in Campbellsville so I should get Season 8 Monday or Tuesday. Season 7 isn't in stock and won't ship for at least a week, according to the website.
  12. I'll probably see it again when my friend gets back from his honeymoon.
  13. The one at Hamburg, its closer. Oh and I just bought Stargate SG-1 seasons 7 and 8 from Amazon.com.
  14. Man, just had the best steak of my entire life at Malone's Restaurant here in Lexington. Fan-f@#king-tastic!
  15. That looks a lot like the Chevy Matiz...
  16. Very good point. And as GM continues to cut its sales to fleet and rental agencies, Toyota and its ilk will likely gladly pick up the slack.
  17. Gas was down in Lexington to 2.68 for 87 until yesterday, when it jumped back UP to 2.92 for who knows what reason. But this is very welcome news if gas prices will indeed drop due to these reasons.
  18. Thanks guys!
  19. A Chevy bowtie?
  20. Yuck, what a ####. Sorry man, hopefully everything works out.
  21. Hell yeah he'll be back. You think other Decepticons didn't intercept that message Optimus was sending out at the end of the movie as well as other Autobots? If this movie does as well as it seems to be (theater was half-packed in the middle of the day when I saw it, and I've heard reports of sell-outs for it), they'll definitely green-light a sequel.
  22. Happy Birthday! Happy Birthday! Whoop-dee doo! Whoop-dee doo! May your day be pleasant! Open up your present! Just for you! Just for you! Happy Birthday! Happy Birthday! Whoop-dee doo! Whoop-dee doo! May your day be pleasant! Open up your present! Just for you! Just for you!
  23. I was going by the Car and Driver test fuel economy of the Aura GL, which was bad.
  24. If this is pretty much identical to the Aura Hybrid we already have, then it is sure to disappoint fuel economy-wise.
  25. The musical score was fantastic, wasn't it? The music when Barricade was chasing Bumblebee and Sam was awesome.
