  1. I was just thinking that Sebring convertibles and the VW cabrios based on the Golf and Rabbit are chick cars. The older LeBaron convertables were too. I've always heard Miatas stereotyped as chick cars but I always saw more guys driving them.
  2. Smart's are definately polarizing here. Maybe they will be more likely to come to the US now that gas is over $3/gallon. Either people are all for them or just say they'd be SUV food. Personally I'd love to see them here.
  3. The HHR does look very me-too unfortunately coming out how many years after the PT made a smash? My list: 9-7X - We really need a 4th version of the Trailblazer? Ranier - Buick needs a trailblazer too? (Come on, stop with the flippin brand engineering - its so 80's) SV6 - yep, it ain't sport and 3 minivan types should cover, eh? Chevy for domestic lovers, Saturn to battle Imports, like it was supposed to do when launched, and Buick for a high-end Town & Country buyer Hummer H3 - It's got the looks and its less pricy, but isn't that what's so appealing about buying a Hummer? Something about exclusivity being lost. The Classic - just drop it. The new 'bu so beats it hands down, so why keep it alive in fleets for people to get a hold of what it's like to reinforce the old-style GM?
  4. Oh, come on, you don't think that critics would actually give a domestic a fair shake would you? Why else would Honda and Toyota be giving them endless supplies of glue to sniff?
  5. I'm going to be much more careful the next time I start seeing those "tank crossing" signs along the road now.
  6. Yep, I'm back too. Too lazy to change my name. I took a vacation 2 weeks ago and came back to a serious problem of C&G being down. That was a blow to the ol' morale. But now its back up and life is good again!
